The Sierra de Albarracín, the Sierra de Gúdar and the Sierra de Maestrazgo are the principal areas that accumulate mushroom varieties, thanks to the continual local rains. Once in a while, we will plan a small excursion to pick them and enjoy the natural environment and fresh air, while increasing our knowledge on the production areas and this seasonal product of special interest in Valencian cuisine.
